We are a community of djembe drumming enthusiasts who drum away happily every week!
Founded by TTM Djembe Academy Senior Certified Teacher Kelvin Kew, we learn about traditional African rhythms and drum songs, as well as the beautiful culture and history behind these music.
More than that, we find joy in the connection we build with one another through drumming, performing and progressing together!

Complete this course of basic techniques before joining regular classes 🙂
Get initiated on traditional drumming technique and rhythm logic from the Mandingue culture of West Africa that existed since the 13th century.
Enjoy rhythmic and drumming fun with authentic drums from West Africa.
De-stress and experience mindfulness with drumming!

The Community
Djembe Regular Classes
The next level of progression in learning, students would have completed the Djembe Initiation Course before joining weekly classes. Challenge and experience different depths of traditional rhythms!
Beginner classes for the first hour, and we attack with more challenging phrases for the second hour 🙂 Students are free to choose which slots to attend!
We believe that anyone can drum, regardless of your background or who you are.
